4.7 out of 5	I required a "Home Information Pack" for my daughters flat in Cornwall. After looking on the internet, I was drawn to CEHS.Thank goodness I was. Within 3 working days of contact they had provided a HIPs pack to the Estate Agent that allowed my property to be legally put up for sale. At regular intervals I was kept up to date on the progress of the report. CEHS even went far beyond their actual terms of business for proving the HIPs, by giving me good advice, guidance and tips on ways of helping my property to sell.
